Job title:Job & OD AnalystCompany:BAE SystemsJob description : The role holder is repsonsible for preparing job analysis and evaluation and maintaining standardized job descriptions for all Kahramaa employees and Organisational design. The role holder is also responsible for supporting management and preparing recommendations on Job Evaluation, JD, Organisation design under the guidance of the Senior Analyst - Organisation Development. Key responsibilitiesInitiates the development of policies, systems and procedures to establish or enhance KAHRAMAA'S job evaluation program in order to ensure documentation, grouping, evaluation, grading, control and management of all of KAHRAMAA'S positionsUpdates job evaluation and grading standards, such as the Grade Level Matrix, maintenance of Benchmark Jobs, Job Family Descriptions, etc.Develops or updates job evaluation manuals outlining new or proposed improvements to existing systems and procedures; updates job evaluation forms and distributes them to the relevant job evaluation committee members for notificationEnsures that all established positions in KAHRAMAA have documented Job Descriptions (JD) and ensures the content of the job descriptions are updated regularly ; carries out desk or field audit of positions to ensure validity of job descriptionsDevelops and encourages the use of official Standardized Job Descriptions for positions across KAHRAMAAProvides general staff-advisory services to KAHRAMAA'S managers on issues of job description and evaluationStudies and evaluates the effect of organizational change to individual positions and through the concerned manage; initiates the rewriting or updating of affected JDs, and in close coordination with Officer - Recruitment Planning completes the necessary job evaluationPrepares periodic statistical management reports pertaining to prevailing position-average-grade trends to assist KAHRAMAA'S policy makers in devising innovative strategies for the long-term manpower-cost-managementKeeps in close contact with the appointed consultants that will be responsible for the provision of their evaluation system and supplies agreed upon data to them for annual audits, if appropriatePrepares oral or written reports or presentations that include graphic representations and statistical summaries, for the perusal of immediate managers and supervisors or to persuade client-managers or supervisors on recommendationsWorks in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section on securing and maintain the ISO / Risk Management / ISMS certification.Carries out and ensures the compliance of all activities within the Department are in-line with KAHRAMAA health and safety regulations.RequirementsEducation and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline, preferably in Human ResourcesMaster Degree in HR is preferable.More than 8 years of relevant experience in a similar industry and/or positionWritten and Spoken English and Arabic is preferred Required Skills: Knowledge and Understanding of ERP system and HR Information systemKnowledge and Understanding of HR ISO Process/ Risk Management system.Knowledge of Job Evaluation, job description and Organization designAbility to Communicate with stake holdersDecision Making and Problem SolvingPlanning and OrganizingProcess ExcellenceCritical thinking and ability to work in diverse teamExpected salary :Location : Doha, QatarJob posting date : Mon, 24 Jun 2024 22:06:07 GMTApply for the job now!#J-18808-Ljbffr
