Operation Manager - Hospitality and Household Product Supplies Brymax HomeQualifications: Bachelor of Hotel Management, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of ArtsNationality: IndianGender: MaleBenefits: Annual Air Ticket, Car, VisaVacancy: 1 VacancyJob Description:Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role.Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments regularly.Monitor daily operations of corporate sales and retail showroom business and address potential issues when they arise.Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance with standards of the company.Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability in both retail and corporate sales.Lead and manage the operations and supply chain team responsible for existing configured products and for future orders.Lead cross-functional project teams to work on gross margin improvement projects, working closely with Engineering, Product Management, Logistics, and sales team.Define inventory goals and work on projects to improve inventory turns, reduce stockouts, and reduce deadweight to meet goals.Define the planning and purchasing policies and monitor regular activities of the procurement team to optimize purchasing & inventory.Manage the sales forecast for configured products that drives our materials plan in an effective way.Maintain our duty mitigation program and drive opportunities for additional savings with new product implementation.Assess and analyze departmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits in both projects and retail showrooms.Long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company's overall goals.Maintain healthy relations with other department heads for smooth operation.Desired Candidate Profile:Comprehensive knowledge of products such as:Household and hospitality products, chinaware, glassware, flatware, hollow ware, kitchenware, bar ware, light kitchen equipment and outdoor furniture, linen (bed, bath, and restaurant), guestroom amenities, front office, and room service products, F&B products, festival assortments, paper products, and disposables.12 to 15 years of experience in related fields.Strong expertise in management, operations, and leadership.Proven experience in B2B and B2C environments.Employment Type: Full TimeCompany Industry: Furniture, FurnishingsDepartment / Functional Area: Business DevelopmentKeywords: Operation Manager, Household Manager, Hospitality Products, Household And Hospitality Products, Chinaware, Glassware, Flatware, Light Kitchen Equipment And Outdoor Furniture
