Head of Recruitment - Doha - ANONYMOUS CLIENT LIMITEDA multinational water sector company in Doha, Qatar, is launching a significant engineering project.We are seeking an experienced Head of Recruitment to lead our recruitment efforts.Objective:This role reports directly to the HR Admin Manager and focuses on developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent. Key responsibilities include creating recruitment policies, managing the recruitment team, and ensuring alignment with the organization's staffing needs and goals.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement efficient recruitment strategies and policies.Oversight of the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring.Mentorship and management of the recruitment team to ensure seamless and effective recruitment processes.Collaboration with department heads to understand their staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions.Evaluation of compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employment and hiring.Leveraging various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.Analyzing recruitment metrics and trends to improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.Nurturing relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and educational institutions.Presentation of comprehensive recruitment insights to senior management.Coordination with the HR Admin Manager on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.Requirements:Education: Formal training in Human Resources, Recruitment, or a related field.Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with no less than 5 years in a similar leadership role within recruitment.Language proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in recruitment software and MS Office Suite.Terms:A competitive salary package consistent with the Qatari market standards.
