We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Development Team Lead to oversee and guide our development team at Volindo. In this role, you will take responsibility for managing projects, ensuring high-quality output, and supporting the professional development of your team in Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the development team to deliver high-quality software solutions on time.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.Set coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed.Mentor and develop team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning.Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and team performance to ensure successful delivery.Stay updated with the latest technology trends and incorporate them into the team's work.RequirementsProven experience as a Development Team Lead or in a similar leadership role.Strong proficiency in software development, including modern frameworks and technologies.Experience with Agile methodologies and managing development sprints.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong ability to motivate teams.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.What we offerCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.Relocation assistance to Dubai.Career growth opportunities within a dynamic environment.Generous paid time off and flexible working options.
