EMD Marketing is looking for a dynamic Recruiter / HR professional to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, as well as supporting the HR functions across the organization to ensure smooth operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.Develop and maintain a network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment strategies.Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture.Support HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.RequirementsProven experience as a Recruiter, HR Generalist, or similar role.Strong understanding of HR practices, recruitment processes, and UAE labor laws.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship building.Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and HR tasks simultaneously.Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.What we offerCompetitive salary and performance bonuses.Health and wellness benefits.Relocation assistance to Dubai.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
