Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology) Full time We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our dynamic team. As the Senior BSA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the alignment of our business processes with our technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with various departments to drive innovation, optimize systems, and enhance overall operational efficiency. About the Role:
- Collaborate with business leadership to align technology solutions with business goals.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Liaise with relevant business departments to gather technical and non-technical business requirements.
- Manage changes to business requirements and perform impact analysis. Assess the feasibility of the recommended solution from a business perspective.
- Document the clear and accurate functional requirements from the business requirements. Ensure that the solution development team understands the problem and the solution.
- Work with the test team to ensure the solution is accurate and free of bugs and issues. Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
- Involvement in post-implementation testing to ensure system availability and stability. Ensure compliance to policies, guidelines, and regulations.

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Service field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior role doing business analysis.
- Experience in the business analysis experience in the insurance industry would be preferred. Expertise on business partnership, ability to understand and define business strategy is ideal. Ability to drive design thinking workshop is ideal.
- Familiar with the latest technology trend (E.g., Cloud services, Microservices, RPA etc.) is ideal.

- Strong team player with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively at all levels.
