Shipping Executive

Company Name: QL Endau Marine Products Sdn Bhd Position Title: Shipping Executive Snapshot of the role: The Shipping Executive is responsible for handling shipping matters in accordance with policy, procedure, rules, and regulations to ensure smooth shipping operation activities and compliance with relevant requirements.

• Handle and prepare all relevant shipping documents (Invoices, Packing list, Custom Forms, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.) to ensure compliance with local and overseas shipment requirements and avoid delays in shipping operations.
• Liaise and communicate with relevant parties to organize and follow up on the shipment progress and status to ensure shipment arrangements are within the planned schedule and avoid delays.
• Responsible for handling and following up on legalization changes of shipment requirements to ensure compliance with rules and regulations and avoid increased expenses.
• Liaise and organize the sampling of products as per schedule with KKM for laboratory testing to ensure the products meet KKM export product specifications.
• Support and coordinate to resolve issues related to shipping and overseas customers or suppliers to ensure uninterrupted shipment operations.
• Other duties as deemed necessary.

• Degree in Business – Administrative / Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in handling import & export document preparation or related fields.
• Team player, independent, with good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented.
