Job Title: Sales Manager CAI & HBE Location: Cairo Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Description: The Sales Manager - CAI & HBE will be responsible for developing, planning, and managing the sales setup and sales channels. The successful candidate must effectively manage the activities of the sales team to fulfill market obligations for travel trade, customers, and corporate clients. (S)he must work on achieving the set goals and targets planned for the assigned territory and must promote the Jazeera Airways brand, products, and services through the primary distribution channels. Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Develop and implement sales plans and market strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  2. Achieve the set revenue and volume targets by territory.
  3. Determine growth opportunities to ensure effective sales and market coverage.
  4. Develop and implement sales procedures and policies in line with industry best practices.
  5. Ensure sales and revenue opportunities are maximized.
  6. Monitor performance of Agents/Franchise & appointed GSA.
  7. Set up sales call plans for the sales team.
  8. Guide, train, coach, and review the performances of the sales team, addressing any shortcomings to derive a high-performance Sales Team (GSA/internal).
  9. Regularly visit travel agencies and corporates to develop and maintain relationships in the assigned territory.
  10. Organize roadshows, workshops, or joint airline events for the trade.
  11. Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  12. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing professional networks.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
  2. IATA courses along with ticketing and CRS system courses are desirable.
  3. Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  4. Minimum 10 years experience in Sales in a Commercial Airline.
  5. Good communication skills in English; Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
  6. Must have strong negotiating, influencing, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
