Job Description: We are partnering with a Leading Food Manufacturer offering a diverse range of food products in the Region. They are looking for a Proficient and experienced B2B Sales Specialist to join their team in Riyadh and play a pivotal role in their B2B sales initiatives. Main Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution: • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to expand market share and drive growth in the food manufacturing industry. • Identify key growth opportunities, including new market segments and large B2B clients (distributors, retailers etc.). • Drive sales efforts through existing client relationships and new business acquisition.
Account Management and Relationship Building: • Manage and nurture relationships with high-value clients in the foodservice and retail sectors. • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term partnerships. • Provide proactive customer service to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction, leading to repeat business.
Lead Generation and Business Development: • Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and attending relevant industry events and exhibitions. • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation and follow through with targeted outreach.
Product Knowledge and Sales Presentations: • Leverage advanced knowledge of the company's products and industry standards to offer tailored solutions to clients. • Present product offerings to clients, understanding their needs and providing value-added solutions. • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging consumer preferences in the food industry.
Negotiation and Closing Sales: • Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and service agreements with business clients. • Use advanced sales techniques to close deals, while ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing profitability for the company. • Handle objections with effective problem-solving strategies and adjust proposals to meet client needs.
Market Research and Reporting: • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities. • Provide management with regular updates on sales performance, client feedback, and market developments. • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and track progress against sales targets.
Collaboration Across Departments: • Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries. • Coordinate with the finance team for contract terms, payment schedules, and invoicing processes. • Support product development teams by providing feedback from clients on new product requirements and customer preferences.

Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience, specifically in the food manufacturing or related sectors (e.g., food distribution, FMCG, etc.). • Proven track record of success in sales and managing business accounts, with a focus on driving revenue and maintaining client satisfaction. • Fluency in Arabic and English is required to communicate effectively with both local and international clients. • Familiarity with the competitive landscape in the Saudi food sector. #J-18808-Ljbffr
