Technical Recruiter for a global tech giant (Bangalore , Hyderabad, Pune, Delhi)

Position Title: Technical Recruiter Shift timings: 9:30 to 6:30 pm (General Shift) Hybrid: 2 days in the office | 3 days remote Location: Bangalore (preferred), Hyderabad, Pune, Delhi, and Mumbai Employment Type : Full Time Contract type: 12-month fixed-term agreement with potential for renewal contingent on performance Join a global tech giant and help us find the best talent in India! We're seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to source and engage top candidates for our growing teams in Bangalore (preferred), Hyderabad, Pune, Delhi, and Mumbai. Primary responsibilities

• Sourcing efforts for multiple disciplines with a focus on technical sourcing
• Consultative approach to candidate engagement and retention
• Candidate, SME [subject matter expert], & recruiter relationship building and management
• Participates in intake calls/requisition reviews
• Ability to understand a variety of job descriptions as well as strong industry knowledge
• Creation and marketing of compelling job postings
• Candidate assessment and selection techniques
• Collaborate on sourcing framework
• Executes various sourcing strategies

Required skill-set & qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition
• 3 years of strong Sourcing experience
• 1+ years of experience on candidate screening and short listing
• Bachelor’s degree preferred HS Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong grasp of candidate source and channel analytics
• Strong grasp of diversity recruitment concepts
• Understanding of SEO, keywords, and social tools
• Should be efficient in sourcing candidates through ATS, Linkedin & Naukri
• Strong knowledge and experience in using different passive sourcing tools Google searches, X-ray, Facebook
• Ability to connect and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Proficiency using Google mail, Google Sheets, calendaring and shared drives.
