The Role: We are seeking an experienced PMO Scheduler to oversee and coordinate project schedules, ensuring efficient, timely execution. You’ll play a critical role in supporting project managers and teams by maintaining timelines, monitoring resources, and adjusting project schedules to optimize delivery. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional skilled in scheduling, delay analysis, and resource management. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and review comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Manage detailed schedules, ensuring accuracy across projects, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct Earned Value Analysis and risk assessments; provide insights and recommendations.
• Develop tender schedules, project baseline schedules, and ongoing project reports.
• Track productivity, update schedules, and manage delay analysis and EOT claims.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure projects meet deadlines and remain within budget.
• Maintain stakeholder communication, keeping them informed on progress, deadlines, and adjustments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Essential: Proven experience with ME&I construction schedules and Primavera P6.
• Desirable: PMI, PMP, or PMBOK certification.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
