What You’ll Be Doing

  • Paid Media Management: Plan and execute campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms, aligning with seasonal and business goals.
  • Campaign Optimisation: Use insights, analytics, and A/B testing to refine strategies and maximise ROI.
  • Social Media Strategy: Drive performance-focused initiatives on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Audience Targeting: Leverage tools like Klaviyo and Magento to segment audiences and deliver tailored marketing strategies.
  • Performance Reporting: Analyse campaign results, provide actionable insights, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Content Collaboration: Work with creative teams to ensure campaigns resonate with target audiences.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in eCommerce or retail.
  • Advanced skills in Google Ads, Meta platforms, Google Analytics, and campaign management tools.
  • A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
  • Creative vision paired with a strategic approach to marketing challenges.
  • Proven collaboration skills and a passion for working with diverse teams.
  • Exceptional time management and commitment to achieving goals.
