Job Description: We are partnering with a provider of Facility Management and Catering solutions, dedicated to delivering innovative and efficient services in the KSA market. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Manager to join their team and maintain all systems on-site and remotely, work closely with and train Systems & Database Administrators.Main Responsibilities:Project ManagementLead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.Organize and establish deadlines for major IT projects such as system updates, migrations, upgrades, and outages.Manage and report on the IT budgets allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources.Infrastructure Strategy and AnalysisHelp define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels; make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.Security and ComplianceConduct routine evaluations of network and data security to preserve assets and ensure information security.Audit systems and assess their outcomes to maintain compliance and effectiveness.Vendor Management and TestingAssess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software to ensure quality and reliability.Troubleshooting and SupportTroubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.Team Development and TrainingIdentify opportunities for team training and skills advancement, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.Strategic Problem-SolvingIdentify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in a timely manner, contributing to organizational efficiency.Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to enhance organizational policy.Key Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.5-7 years of experience working in IT operations.Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems.Must be an Arabic Speaker, with Fluency in English.
