Our thriving community connects millions of players, and you'll be the mastermind behind fostering even deeper connections, especially with our devoted players and tournament enthusiasts.You're a charismatic communicator with a passion for card games, particularly the nuances of Baloot. You understand the delicate art of devoted players engagement, crafting targeted strategies to keep them happy and loyal. Organizing tournaments is your forte, as you seamlessly manage every aspect from activation to optimization. You're also a tech-savvy data whiz who uses insights to fuel community growth. This role is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia and is unfortunately not a remote position at this time.If you are interested, please click on the "Apply for this job" button to submit your resume.Key ResponsibilitiesCRM and User Engagement: Develop and implement strategies for customer relationship management, including gifting programs for top players, managing trophy distribution, and addressing high-priority user issues.Tournament Activation and Management: Organize and manage tournaments, oversee promotional activities, and gather requirements to ensure smooth execution. Monitor performance and gather insights for future optimization.Players Management: Identify devoted players and develop targeted promotional strategies to enhance their engagement and drive them towards preferred channels, including offering discounts when appropriate.Moderator Liaison: Act as a bridge between the community and the moderation team. Provide support, communicate updates, and ensure moderators are aligned with the app's goals and features.Content and Creator Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with content creators, providing them with necessary materials and monitoring their performance to ensure alignment with Kammelna Baloot's objectives.Minimum RequirementsNationality: SaudiLanguage Proficiency: Fluent in English and Arabic.Professional Skills: Proven expertise in Baloot, with a strong understanding of the game's community and dynamics.Technical Proficiency: Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate and manage community platforms, CRM tools, and data analytics.Interpersonal Skills: Charismatic personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Desired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Previous experience in community management, especially in the gaming or tech industry.Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.Send us your resume and tell us how you'll build an even stronger players community and orchestrate tournaments that leave players breathless!
