MUST Have Requirements: Master's degree in Mathematics or related field Teaching license or qualification PGCE, QTS) Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or curriculum development role Experience with the American curriculum is essential Child protection certificate/Safeguarding training Salary Package and Benefits: Competitive tax-free salary (Based on experience and qualifications) Fully furnished accommodation provided (Utility also covered by the school) Comprehensive health insurance Annual flight allowance Professional development opportunities Paid vacation and public holidays Gratuity bonuses at the end of your contract 60% discount on child's tuition (Child must be bilingual - Can speak Arabic and English) Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive Mathematics curriculum framework aligned with the American curriculum standards and educational objectives Lead curriculum review, development, and enhancement initiatives to ensure relevance, rigor, and coherence in Mathematics education Collaborate with teaching staff to provide guidance and support in curriculum planning, assessment, and instructional strategies in Mathematics Coordinate and facilitate curriculum mapping, alignment, and assessment practices across all grade levels Analyze student data and assessment results to inform instructional decision-making and improve student outcomes in Mathematics Provide professional development opportunities and resources to support teachers in implementing effective Mathematics instruction Liaise with external stakeholders, including parents, educational agencies, and accreditation bodies, to ensure compliance with standards and requirements in Mathematics education Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Mathematics curriculum implementation and recommend adjustments as needed Minimum Application Requirements Qualification: Minimum Qualification or a relevant Bachelors Degree with a PGCE/PGDE (QTS) Experience: 2 Years Type of Staff: Male or Female can apply to this job Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
