Site Engineer (Architect or Interior Design Engineer)

Job Description

• Prepare initial plans and project timeline to participate in setting projects’ time and work expectations.
• Reviewing & adjusting shop drawings.
• Follow up on the work on-site and ensure that it is done according to the plans and specifications. This includes visiting the site regularly, reviewing the work done, and ensuring that it meets the requirements of the plans and specifications.
• Preparing reports on the progress of projects.
• Coordinating with other members of the construction team, such as architects, engineers, and contractors
• Dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.
• Must have a strong understanding of construction principles and practices.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or interior design.
• 2-3 years of experience in interior finishing projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Familiar with different computer skills such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel.
