Job Description
Taiseer is an innovative fintech startup offering a unique gold micro-savings platform. We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to spearhead our B2B2C partnerships and drive growth in the local and regional markets. Key Responsibilities:- Identify and approach businesses with large employee bases for potential partnerships
- Present Taiseer's value proposition to decision-makers and negotiate B2B2C agreements
- Meet monthly targets for new business contacts, user acquisition, and payment volumes
- Develop and nurture relationships with partner businesses
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of partnerships
- Provide market insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Initiate and oversee the initial stages of partnership implementations
- Stay informed about fintech trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics

Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields
- Strong network and ability to connect with business owners and decision-makers
- Experience in real estate sales or other relevant industries is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is an asset
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of fintech concepts and trends
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and build processes from the ground up
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Comfortable with data analysis and reporting
- Has experience in or passion for fintech and digital financial solutions
- Demonstrates strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Shows adaptability and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
- Possesses a strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities
