Ride Attendant/Amusement Park Rides

A Ride Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and staff on amusement park rides, providing information to visitors, operating and maintaining rides, and providing excellent customer service.
Ride Attendant Duties
Greet customers and ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience
Explain the safety rules for the ride and ensure all riders comply
Operate the ride controls
Assist riders onto and off the ride
Check safety restraints and other features of the ride
Monitor riders during their ride
Check and maintain the ride and its equipment
Provide assistance to riders with special needs
Liaise with other staff members
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Ride Attendant Requirements
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to work in a team
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to maintain a professional attitude
