Responsibilities: Design and Animation:
- Generate clear ideas and concepts.
- Produce sketches, storyboards, and rough drafts to visualize ideas.
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience.
- Collaborate with the rest of the creative team across different media types.
- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
- Present completed ideas to clients and team members.
- Stay updated on trends and maintain best practices.
- Create high-quality graphics and animations for various social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat).
- Develop visual content for social media campaigns, including motion graphics and video content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency and quality across all visual outputs.
- Transform abstract concepts and information into visually appealing and clear designs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest social media trends and best practices globally, applying these trends to content.
- Develop original, innovative animations for social media platforms, including videos and GIFs that align with the brand's voice and goals.
- Proven working experience as a multimedia designer.
- Hands-on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, image selection, and package design.
- Proficient in design and animation software.
- Ability to incorporate feedback and take/give direction well.
- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Relevant education or training.
