Location: Office 255 Stuart House - East Wing St. John's Street, Peterborough, PE1 5DDJob Description:Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales goals and objectives.Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and lead the sales team, setting performance targets and providing guidance to maximize their potential.Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the market.Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and long-term business growth.Sales Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales targets.Budget Management: Manage the sales budget efficiently and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance to the executive team and make recommendations for improvements.Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.Sales Training: Organize and conduct training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree (Master's or MBA is a plus).Extensive sales and management experience.Strong leadership and industry knowledge.Strategic thinking and financial acumen.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Adaptability to changing market conditions.Applicant should have GDPR knowledge.Fluent in Urdu and Punjabi.A candidate with previous Nadra knowledge will be more desirable.
