Your exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and intuitive problem-solving ability allow you to master complex systems and ensure seamless operations.*How you contribute:*As a Sales Coordinator, your mission is to support the Sales Team by ensuring internal teams and external customers receive the highest level of service.*Key Responsibilities** Maintain and update customer account records, ensuring orders are complete and accurate.* Provide sales reports, respond to data requests, and maintain ERP system details.* Collaborate with Sales and Product Development teams to develop unique product concepts that enhance the customer experience.* Assist with inventory management to avoid stockouts and ensure timely product allocation.* Analyze sales data to help ensure the right products are delivered at the right time.* Manage data transfers from EDI to fulfillment and logistics teams to achieve complete, accurate, and on-time order fulfillment.* Organize and maintain Google documents for easy access and collaboration.*Requirements** Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred.* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.* A proactive attitude towards business development and a willingness to learn about new technologies.* Google Workspace Proficiency*:* Advanced knowledge of Sheets, Docs, and Slides.Join us as we strive to enhance our sales operations while providing top-notch service to our clients!Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Casual dress* Company events* Dental care* Extended health care* Life insurance* On-site parking* Paid time off* Profit sharing* Vision careSchedule:* Monday to Friday* Weekends as neededEducation:* Secondary School (preferred)Experience:* Sales Support: 2 years (preferred)* google workspace: 2 years (preferred)Licence/Certification:* Driving Licence (required)Work Location: In person
