Our client, a leading organization in the asset management industry, is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Executive Director to join their team. This is a newly created role to drive the development and management of high-profile projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Drive asset management strategies with a focus on European markets, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and growth plans. Project Development: Oversee and lead large-scale project development initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets and standards. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key liaison between internal teams, the CEO, and external stakeholders, including partners, clients, and regulatory authorities. International Collaboration: Travel to Europe frequently to oversee projects, build relationships, and provide on-ground leadership. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in asset management, with a strong focus on project development and management in European markets. Fluency in Mandarin is essential to facilitate communication with stakeholders and teams across regions including the China region.
