Nityo Infotech is looking for a Sales & Business Development for an immediate start. The position is permanent. Please reach out to ajay.gandham@nityo.com for more information. 1.Experience in selling IT staffing solutions in the UK & Ireland primarily contingent staffing in private & public sector. 2. Proven track record of sales growth & generating revenue for the company across the UK & Ireland region 3. Experience & willingness to work as a stand alone & hands on sales professional 4. Experience in researching new business markets and commercial success in executing Business Development strategy and finding profitable new revenue stream 5. Strong strategic mindset and problem-solving skills 6. Ability to facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting processes, content, opinions 7. Experience in delivering and achieving/exceeding targets and KPIs on a regular basis 8. You must have the desire to work as a go getter and thrive for challenges with a can-do attitude 9. Willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK & Ireland for client meeting & developing new business 10. Must have experience in successfully managing the internal & external stakeholders and meeting their expectations. Responsibilities 1. This is a greenfield role, and the applicant will be responsible for creating a road map as a standalone & hands on sales professional generating new business for the company and managing their own developed accounts 2. Focussed on developing new business client’s and generating revenue for the company. 3. Generating sales & revenue for the company in business of IT Staffing in the UK & Ireland region 4. Discuss the sales strategy with the operational & functional heads before it’s execution & implementation. 5. Opening a new line of business for the company by generating new end client’s. 6. Develop and maintain a long-lasting and mutually beneficial working relationships with the client’s 7. Responsible for operating through your own sales database & senior network of industry professionals for generating the new business development & revenue for the company.
