Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Electrical Systems Maintenance: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including lighting, control panels, and power distribution systems. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations Monitor and maintain the integrity of electrical systems to prevent downtime. AMC handling activity Instrumentation Engineering : Design, develop, and maintain instrumentation systems that monitor and control production processes (e.g., temperature, pressure, flow, and level). Calibrate instruments and control systems to ensure accurate measurements. Troubleshoot instrumentation faults and propose corrective actions. Automation & Control Systems : Develop and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems. Implement and monitor the automation of production lines and machinery. Integrate new control systems with existing plant equipment. Project Management: Support small projects related to the installation or upgrade of electrical and instrumentation systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams Safety & Compliance: Conduct regular inspections of electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Implement safety protocols for electrical and instrumentation work. Technical Documentation: Prepare and update technical documentation, such as electrical drawings, schematics, and operating manuals. Maintain records of calibration, inspections, and repairs for all instruments and control systems. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and reduce energy consumption. Other Requirements: • Good knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems. • Experience with electrical systems design, maintenance, and troubleshooting. • Proficiency in using instrumentation calibration tools and software. Desired Skills: • Good problem-solving and analytical skills. • Knowledge of industry-specific safety and regulatory standards. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Candidate Profile : Prefer Candidate from FMCG Industry Only This is a shift based role and candidates must willing to work across all three shifts. Prefer hands on experience handling Electrical Maintenance activities.
