Job Subject Title: Facilities Management Technician Job Summary: Facilities Technician Permanent role Basic range from $2200 to $3500 + AWS + Performance Bonus 3 Rotating Shifts Location: CBD Shift Details: (AM, PM & Midnight), 9H shift, 3 rest days every 2 weeks Responsibilities: The Facilities Technician ensures that facilities are safe and functional by performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities. He/She conducts technical troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical issues in compliance with the quality and safety standards, regulations, and organizational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices. Perform daily operational activities which include attending to customers' enquiries, needs, and complaints. Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, air conditioning servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control. Requirements: Candidates with 2 years or more related experience in Facilities Management will be at an advantage. No experience is welcome to apply (on-the-job training provided).
