Job Responsibilities: Willing to work on construction projects that may require long hours. Must work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays if required. Conduct site work and attend inspections with the RTO. Supervise the performance of site crews and subcontractors. Plan workers' schedules, control costs, and implement safety, health, and environmental measures for the projects. Develop and maintain relationships with clients. Ensure works are carried out in accordance with the project schedule, quality requirements, and safety policies.
