We are looking for a dynamic Director Sales to drive growth for a innovative company in maritime hydromechanical solutionsFunctionAs the International Sales Director, you will be part of the management team, reporting directly to the CEO. You will play a key role in strengthening the company's global presence and will work closely with all departments. Your responsibilities will include:Developing and executing international sales strategies, identifying growth opportunities in Europe, Africa, Asia, and North America.Setting up and Leading a global network of distributors, sales agents, and in-house teams to ensure market penetration.Managing customer relationships and overseeing after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction, focusing on maintenance and spare parts sales.Contributing to the overall business strategy with a strong customer-focused approach.RequirementsDegree in commercial, Mechanical, Electrical, Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering.Over 5 years of relevant experience in maritime sector.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships at all levels.Extensive network in the maritime sector and solid reputation.Fluent in English, French would be an advance but the willingness to learn.Place of residence in the Netherlands is preferred but not required.Willing to travel abroad and being present in Brest region regulary.CompanyOur client is located in France and specializes in hydromechanical solutions for the maritime sector, including hydraulic thrusters, hydraulic marine cranes including control systems and power packs.
