Field Service Engineer

About the Role As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our cutting-edge medical equipment. You’ll ensure our customers have seamless technical service through repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting while building strong relationships with hospital teams. This role can be based in Auckland - we are open to mechanic, tradespeople, engineers or anyone with 2+ years hands on technical experience. What You’ll Do

• Provide onsite technical support, completing repairs and preventive maintenance on Stryker equipment.
• Work closely with customers to deliver an exceptional service experience.
• Partner with our Field Service Engineers to meet team goals.
• Build brand awareness by enhancing customer relationships

• A problem-solver with strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• A confident communicator passionate about customer service.
• You have a driver’s license and your own vehicle (an electrical license or tagging/testing experience is a plus).
