Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, reporting to the Head of Digital Practices, you will play a pivotal role in key initiatives supporting one of our key portfolio's. We are currently looking for two Senior BA's across both Risk & Compliance and also Technical Data. You will bring your expertise in business analysis to shape and enhance our information systems and processes. Your role will focus on collaborating closely with various business units and external vendors to gather, analyse, and validate requirements, ensuring our systems meet business needs, regulatory compliance, and strategic objectives. You'll have the opportunity to work in both traditional and agile project environments, driving continuous improvement and innovation. You are an experienced Senior Business Analyst with at least 8 years of experience in IT business analysis and a proven track record of delivering successful IT services or products, ideally with either a background in risk and compliance projects or within the more technical data space, snowflake experience here would be highly beneficial. You possess excellent analytical skills and can quickly grasp complex business challenges and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. You excel in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels and are confident in liaising with external vendors to achieve the best outcomes. Your ability to adapt to evolving business environments, work independently, and prioritise tasks effectively will be key to your success. You thrive in collaborative settings and have a proven track record of delivering quality outcomes. In this role, your work will directly impact our organisation's ability to deliver optimal solutions within a designated portfolio. By applying your expertise, you'll play a crucial role in improving business processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimising our systems for maximum value.
