Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist We're seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter for senior-level positions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with stakeholders, identifying top talent, and driving the recruitment process to ensure timely and quality hires. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage senior-level recruitment processes end-to-end, ensuring efficient and effective delivery
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers and senior leadership
• Conduct executive-level interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to share best practices and optimize recruitment processes
• Provide expert advice on recruitment trends, market insights, and talent pipelining
• Meet and exceed recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and diversity goals

• 8+ years of senior-level recruitment experience
• Proven track record of successful senior-level hires
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational goals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple roles
• Expertise in recruitment best practices, trends, and technologies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Workday
• Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) recruitment strategies
• Certification in recruitment or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI-PHR)
