Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist We're seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter for senior-level positions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with stakeholders, identifying top talent, and driving the recruitment process to ensure timely and quality hires. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage senior-level recruitment processes end-to-end, ensuring efficient and effective delivery
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers and senior leadership
- Conduct executive-level interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to share best practices and optimize recruitment processes
- Provide expert advice on recruitment trends, market insights, and talent pipelining
- Meet and exceed recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and diversity goals
- 8+ years of senior-level recruitment experience
- Proven track record of successful senior-level hires
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple roles
- Expertise in recruitment best practices, trends, and technologies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Workday
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) recruitment strategies
- Certification in recruitment or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI-PHR)
