We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Loyalty Management Consultant. The successful candidate will have a deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce Loyalty Management solution, with specific skills in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications, and modifying Salesforce pages through both code and no-code solutions. Key knowledge areas include understanding journal ledgers, setting up exclusive promotions, vouchers, managing currency points, and ideally, familiarity with the setup of a "refer a friend" loyalty program. Hands-on experience with Apex customization for new API integrations is essential. Additional knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus. The ideal candidate will use their expertise to consult with client, design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions, leveraging technical tools to create tailor-made solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead and facilitate discovery and scoping sessions with clients.Understand clients' business processes and requirements and translate them into system configuration and customization specifications.Configure, test, and implement Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions, including the setup of exclusive promotions, and voucher management.Manage loyalty program currency points and understand the fundamentals of journal ledgers.Develop and implement new API integrations using Apex for customizations.Leverage technical tools to create customized solutions for unique client needs.Modify Salesforce pages through both coding and no-code solutions.Ensure seamless integration with third-party applications as per client requirements.Act as a liaison between the technical team, clients, and any third-party regarding software functionality throughout the project lifecycle.Provide high-quality Salesforce Loyalty Management technical and functional training to end-users.Stay updated on new Salesforce Loyalty Management features and functionalities to provide recommendations for process improvements.Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients.Assist in presales activities, solution construction, presentations, and demonstrations where needed.Familiarity with setting up a 'Refer a Friend' loyalty program is desirable.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field.Salesforce certification is highly desirable.Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce Loyalty Management.Hands-on experience with Apex for customization and API integrations.Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus.Proficiency in modifying Salesforce pages through both code and no-code solutions.Previous experience in setting up and managing exclusive promotions, and voucher management.Deep understanding of journal ledgers and loyalty program currency points.Familiarity with setting up a 'Refer a Friend' loyalty program is desirable.Excellent consulting, presentation, and communication skills.Ability to solve complex problems and provide clear and concise explanations of intricate software issues.Key Competencies:Detail-oriented and capable of managing projects from inception through to completion.A dedicated team player with strong initiative and the ability to work independently.Proficient in time management, setting priorities, and taking the initiative to solve problems.High adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly evolving business and work environment.
