Looking for Accounts Payable Manager at HO, Gurgaon. Responsibilities : Processing of various types of Invoices in SAP i.e. PO/Non-PO based, Material & Service in line with SOP/DOA/Budget/ Agreements/LOI etc. Vendors balance confirmation and reconciliation.Monthly Provisioning.Provision tracking Budget Vs Actual Vs Provision.Handling Statutory and Internal Audit alongwith preparation of various schedules.Clearing of GR/IR accounts on regular basis.Settlement of vendor advances on regular basis.Responsible for monthly books closure by ensuring all the provisions have been captured for all function and plants and monthly trial is closed on time.Analyse of monthly expenses and provisions and find out the variance and mitigation plan.Responsible for booking of fixed assets invoices.Responsible for keep track of all prepaid expenses and charging off the same accurately to P&L accounts.Preparation of various Weekly/monthly MIS for management for AP function.The key areas candidates should have worked on:Excellent knowledge of SAP and Excel.Should have handled team Basic understanding of GST, TDS/TCSAdditional Advantage: worked on transformation, digitalization & automation projects.Educational Level CA Inter or ICWA or MBAWorking ExperienceMust have: 6-7 years of experience in AP.
