Responsibilities Design digital experiences for web, iOS, Android, and operator platforms Lead the design of new product features with an emphasis on user-centered design principles Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals and requirements into effective design solutions Conduct user research to inform design decisions and test design solutions to ensure user satisfaction Develop detailed design specifications and design documentation to support product development Drive design thinking and design culture throughout the organization, including mentoring junior designers on the team Ensure design consistency across all products and platforms by developing and maintaining design systems Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design technologies, and emerging design patterns Present design work and regularly engage with partners for feedback
