- Maintain detailed kitchen logs for food safety program compliance.
- Monitor and verify the correctness of appliance and food temperatures using appropriate tools.
- Report any issues with freezer systems promptly to facility management.
- Safely and appropriately use kitchen tools and equipment.
- Engage safety devices before operating any kitchen equipment.
- Prepare and cook food according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Monitor food quality throughout preparation using HACCP forms and production charts.
- Ensure personal hygiene is maintained to the highest standards.
- Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) to guarantee the safety of food served to guests.
