Post Summary The Commercial Manager is responsible for the development of a Commercial Strategy and effective management of all Commercial and Membership Development and engagement matters for Learnovate. Reporting to the Managing Director, and a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Commercial Manager holds primary responsibility for shaping and executing the commercial strategy, with a key focus on driving revenue growth, optimizing profitability and identifying market opportunities in support of Learnovates vision, mission and strategic direction putting members at the heart of what we do. This role will drive the strategic direction of all commercial activities, providing inspirational leadership across Learnovate to ensure rapid and effective responses to membership needs, and ability to avail of funding opportunities. The Commercial Manager will work collegially across the Learnovate Leadership team to generate collaborative opportunities that will increase the organizations impact for its key stakeholders. Post status: Specific Purpose Contract The specific purpose of this employment is to develop and execute Learnovate s commercial strategy, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and market opportunities, with a strong emphasis on membership development and engagement. The successful candidate will lead all commercial activities, collaborating with the leadership team to drive strategic direction, address member needs, and leverage funding opportunities to enhance the organization's impact. The role is directly linked to the deliverables of Learnovate s current Strategic and Business Plan, whose longer-term requirements have yet to be evaluated. Employment is not offered on an indefinite basis, as the role is tied to specific strategic activities expected to be completed within a defined period. Hours of Post: 35 hours per week Salary: This appointment will be made on the Senior Administrative 2 Salary Scale (€106,789 - €142,765 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales.
