Responsibilities Lead electrical building services design for diverse, high-profile projects across various sectors. Provide expertise in passive design, renewable energy, and sustainable technologies. Use front-end design tools (IES), CAD, and Revit for project delivery and development. Communicate technical concepts clearly to clients, teams, and stakeholders. Oversee project delivery to ensure high-quality, innovative outcomes. Collaborate closely with architects and interdisciplinary teams to solve complex engineering challenges. Requirements Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering. Chartered Engineer with full CIBSE, IET, or equivalent membership. 6 Years+ Experience in electrical building services design across various sectors. IT Skills - Dialux, Amtech / Electrical OM, Revit, and CAD. Broad industry experience and strong knowledge of building services systems. Interest and experience in sustainable design and renewable energy. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts.
