This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality project for a well-established construction company. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all engineering aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards. Supervise site operations, including setting out, surveying, and quality control. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of project milestones. Monitor progress, identify challenges, and propose solutions to mitigate risks. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain site documentation accordingly. Manage materials, resources, and equipment to optimize efficiency and cost control. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site personnel. Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Site Engineer, with at least 5 years in residential construction. Proficiency in setting out using modern survey equipment (e.g., GPS, Total Station). Strong understanding of Irish building regulations, standards, and safety practices. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management and CAD software. Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling Certification.
