Demonstrate a strong passion for career growth and professional development. Be motivated to achieve Chartered Status if not already attained. Duties: Assist with project management, on-site inspections, technical surveys, and design team meetings. Contribute to project delivery from initial concept through to completion. Help the management team build and maintain strong client relationships. Provide support with project budgeting and reporting tasks. Play a role in mentoring junior team members by reviewing their design work and sharing your expertise. Receive hands-on mentoring and guidance from Senior Engineers to help you progress to the next level in your career.
