BIM Model Manager / BIM Coordinator

Overview We have a fantastic opportunity for a BIM Model Manager to join our growing team. This role will involve providing BIM support, Project setup, maintenance and Federation for users/project. This will role with provide excellent opportunities for career advancement within our BIM Department working on projects within the Pharma, Life Sciences, Mission Critical and Food & Beverage sectors. This person can be based in our Dublin or Cork office Who we are PM Group is a leading international engineering, architecture, project, and construction management firm. Responsibilities BIM Project set-up and support/admin for a multi discipline project across multiple application platforms. (AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks etc.) BIM integration/interoperability with internal design team members BIM integration/interoperability with external vendors Maintain BIM360 cloud models and reporting BIM Software Installations and support Coordination of 3rd party models Communicate across mutiple discipline teams Ensure compliance of all documentation with internal and client procedures Co-ordinate the activities of other project leads and modellers/detailers so as to maintain coordinated design approach and clash avoidance Qualifications Ideally Level 7+ qualification in a relevant field or 12 years' experience in the industry Experience within the engineering/construction industry of medium to large capital projects is advantageous. Excellent organization & communication skills both verbal and written and ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment. Proven experience in a technical and/or engineering space with a comprehensive understanding of project information management principles and application. Incredibly good experience of the use of multi-BIM software is necessary - Revit, NavisWorks and AutoCAD. Why PM Group? As an employee-owned company, we are inclusive, committed and driven.
