Your key responsibilities
Your role includes managing a portfolio of clients and leading the delivery of high-quality commercial tax advice. You will provide tax insights that help business leaders make confident decisions and advise on business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border expansion, financing, and tax audits. Additionally, you will manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, and contribute to market and business development activities.
Requirements
We are seeking candidates who possess membership in the Irish Taxation Institute. While experience in a Big 4 firm would be advantageous, it is not essential. Candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a management role within a tax practice or industry, along with a diverse range of experience. The ability to effectively manage a high-performing team is essential. International or cross-border tax experience would be beneficial.
