Sr Operations Manager

To be successful in this role, you will need A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the energy industry. Proven experience in drilling technology and drilling engineering. Demonstrated experience in strategy development and implementation. Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovative solutions. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders. A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field would be advantageous.
