A prestigious Big 4 global management consulting firm is seeking a director to join their Real Estate Practice in the Middle East. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage extensive expertise and advanced technical capabilities to address the evolving demands of clients within the real estate sector.Responsibilities:Deliver formal and informal presentations internally and externally, showcasing deep real estate knowledge.Produce clear, persuasive, and concise written presentations tailored to client needs.Plan and manage the delivery of high-quality work, leading teams in a strategic consulting environment.Direct quantitative analysis, translating findings into actionable insights, and ensuring high-quality results.Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships across various real estate stakeholders.Travel 75% of the time to client locations across the GCC region.Ideal Candidate Profile/Qualifications:Significant experience in real estate consulting, ideally with a Big 4 management consulting firm.Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects within the real estate sector.Prior experience with projects in the Middle East is highly desirable.Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.MBA or Master's degree from a top-tier institute with a strong academic background.Undergraduate degree from a reputable university.Professional Skills & Other Attributes:Client-centric approach with strong commercial acumen.Demonstrated ability to engage and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.Ability to analyze the impact of policies and translate insights into actionable business strategies.Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of driving teams towards successful outcomes.Strong presentation skills and ability to convey complex ideas clearly.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.Intercultural competence and experience working in diverse, multi-cultural environments is advantageous.
