Job Description THE WORK You will have the opportunity to work for the team that again this year received the award for best SAP project in HXM in all of the Netherlands, along with a global team of deep experts who not only master the SuccessFactors profession but also bring the broader HR transformation. Responsibilities In this role, as a Consultant, you will be the point of contact for processes such as Recruitment, Workforce Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Learning and Performance Management. During projects, you will be responsible for monitoring and delivering project deliverables: defining, analyzing and implementing business processes, configuring SuccessFactors and possible integrations, testing and supervising the final deliverables of the Go-Live of SAP SuccessFactors. Building and maintaining customer relationships is also one of the main responsibilities as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. As a Consultant, you will be the one who deals with quality assurance on HR IT systems, you will advise on HR IT strategies, design and of course you will take care of the improvement of it all. Qualifications HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED A completed bachelor's or master's degree Fluent in English Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is preferred Minimum of 2 years of functional and/or technical experience in HR IT Experience in designing and/or implementing SAP SuccessFactors A strong and proven analytical mindset Operational experience in an HR-related role is a plus WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
