JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are a forward-thinking digital agency focused on crafting visually engaging and user-centric experiences. As part of our creative team, we're looking for a mid-level UI/UX designer who can transform ideas into visually compelling stories through their designs, utilizing platforms like Wix, Webflow, and others.

The RoleCreate engaging, user-friendly interfaces and experiences across websites and apps.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

Use platforms like Wix, Webflow, and other no-code tools to rapidly prototype and deliver functional web designs.

Tell stories through design: ensuring the user experience reflects the brand's narrative and vision.

Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve existing interfaces.

Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Present design solutions and rationale to internal and external stakeholders.

Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.

Expertise in storytelling through visual design, ensuring that each user journey is meaningful and aligned with brand identity.

Proficient in no-code design platforms like Wix, Webflow, and similar.

Proficient with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

Experience with responsive design and mobile-first principles.

Ability to balance creative design with functional user experience.

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

Qualifications:3+ years of experience in UI/UX design or similar role.

Portfolio showcasing design work with a focus on storytelling, websites, and/or apps.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

Behance portfolio is a must.

You will usually work normal office hours, 9am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. However, you may work longer hours, including evenings and weekends, if working to a campaign deadline.#J-18808-Ljbffr
