What is a Regional Manager Public Sector Partnerships-North Jazz Cash?
The Regional Manager Public Partnerships role is responsible for deriving, managing, and executing the business and revenue for an entire region of the Public Sector Partnerships Department along with leading and directing key resources in the regional team. The role is responsible for business development relationship management with Public Sector Partners and strategizing around growth in key KPIs such as Revenue, Volumes and Transactions. The role is also responsible for driving business development and growth strategy for the region. The role is also responsible for closely coordinating with Head of Public Partnerships for achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly targets and also for assigning similar targets to the regional team. The role is responsible for opening doors for the regional teams and equipping them with necessary tools to onboard new partners and growing existing partners. The role is also required to develop an in-depth understanding of Jazz Cash products, identify end to end solutions and execute effective selling and cross-selling strategies.
The role reports directly to Head of Public Sector Partnerships Jazz Cash.
What does Regional Manager Public Sector Partnerships-North Jazz Cash do?
Develop an in-depth understanding of Jazz Cash products, services, and processes
Lead a high value regional team
Understand and execute the business development and sales strategy in the region
Delegate sales targets to regional team and equip them with necessary tools to achieve targets
Maintain a healthy and evolving pipeline of public partners along with maturity timelines and assessing profitability
Execute effective growth strategies for existing public partners
Work closely with Head of Public Sector Partnerships and core teams to understand and execute the wider company goals and strategies
Maintain a close relationship with regional Public Sector Partnerships and show presence on all advocacy platforms
Responsible for bringing new clients onboard while maintaining relationships with existing ones
Act as principal point of contact between a business and regional Public Partners
Identify new markets and verticals to bring substantial growth into the existing portfolio
Develop pipeline of potential clients through directly reaching out to them or by leveraging other jazz channels
Track and present pipeline to management for region
Maintain professional and technical knowledge of Digital Financial Services by staying updated on regulatory and business practice changes
Deliver on monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets
Manage and execute the Revenue and Volume targets against Jazz Cash products for Public Sector Partners
Explore new relevant verticals where payment cycles can be digitized
Conduct continuous industry research and market sizing for existing and new vertical
Any other tasks assigned by Head of Department.
Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be a Regional Manager Public Sector Partnerships?
Bachelor's or master's degree in business management, social sciences, project management, or in a related field.
Hands on experience of 07 to 10 years with technical sales, relationship building, relationship management with Public Sector Entities
Hands on experience with servicing Public Sector Entities
In Depth understanding of the Fintech and Banking sector
Excellent power point presentation skills
Excellent Market Research
Experience with technical writing is a plus
Knowledge of Banking and Fintech payment products
At least 5 years of technical sales experience with Government Entities
At least 5 years relevant industry experience
