Roles and Responsibilities
Bar Supervisor Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As a Bar Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests. What You Will Be Doing- Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team
- Supervise and delegate duties; ensure brand standards are maintained
- Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
- Oversee daily bar operations and ensure high-quality service.
- Train, supervise, and schedule bar staff to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs.
- Create and update drink menus, including seasonal specials and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
- Engage with customers, address their needs, and handle complaints effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as the kitchen and events team, to coordinate service.
