Roles and Responsibilities

Bar Supervisor Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As a Bar Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests. What You Will Be Doing
  • Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team
  • Supervise and delegate duties; ensure brand standards are maintained
  • Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
  • Oversee daily bar operations and ensure high-quality service.
  • Train, supervise, and schedule bar staff to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs.
  • Create and update drink menus, including seasonal specials and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
  • Engage with customers, address their needs, and handle complaints effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as the kitchen and events team, to coordinate service.
Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Service-focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage. Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
