Whether the focus is on automating tax compliance, enhancing customer interaction, increasing profitability through operational excellence, or improving employee experience and retention, we apply a proven framework and methodology that includes professionals with knowledge and experience.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.Collaborate with the team to gather and analyse requirements and propose technical solutions.Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.Design and implement database schemas and queries for optimal performance.Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed to enhance application functionality.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs and performance issues.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development and Laravel framework.Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications on web servers and cloud platforms.Continuously optimize and refactor existing code for improved efficiency and maintainability.Requirements:Proven experience as a PHP Developer with expertise in Laravel framework.Expertise in MYSQLStrong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frontend technologies.Experience with database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.Knowledge of web security principles and best practices.Ability to work independently and in a team environment, taking ownership of tasks and projects.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.Effective communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
