You will be required to frequently travel to our Andheri East office based on business requirements/meetings or for company/team events.Overview:We are seeking a Revenue Assurance specialist to drive the accuracy and integrity of our revenue recognition and reporting processes. In this pivotal role, you will manage reconciliation activities, manage complex financial transactions, and lead process improvements alongside diverse teams. You will also play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining robust internal financial controls and providing essential support during audits.Apply now if you have a deep understanding of accounting principles and standards like INDAS/IFRS including IFRS 15, ASC 606, and IND AS 115, coupled with exceptional analytical skills and a knack for driving projects independently!Responsibilities:Month-End Close: Manage the month-end closing process, ensuring financial data is complete and accurate, including the handling of complex transactions and forex management.Reconciliation Management: Ensure accurate reconciliation of AR balances across CRM, non-CRM systems, and Oracle Fusion, while innovating automated processes to minimize manual effort.Revenue Recognition: Collaborate with legal and business teams to validate revenue recognition against contractual milestones, ensuring alignment with contract terms.Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and review executive reporting packages and design metrics and reports to provide insightful analysis.Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance revenue assurance processes, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and driving cross-functional collaboration to implement improvements.Internal Controls & SOPs: Develop and maintain strong internal financial controls and ensure operational consistency through SOP implementation.Audit Support: Support internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to statutory and legal requirements.LI-HybridQualifications: At least 2 years of experience in Revenue Assurance function.Qualified CA or an equivalent degree in FinanceImplementation experience in accounting standards such as IND AS/IFRS, including IFRS 15, ASC 606, and IND AS 115.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to manage complex financial transactions and lead projects across teams.Advanced knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes and sub-processesA working knowledge of Oracle (Fusion or R12), MS-Excel (including macros), Word and Power Point is a must.
