Furniture Consultant - Bangalore OfficeLocation: Bangalore, IndiaSalary: ₹21.6 - 32.4 lakh per annumEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleA dynamic furniture consultancy is seeking an experienced and proactive Furniture Consultant to join its newly established Bangalore office. This role is pivotal to expanding operations in India and involves close collaboration with teams in London and Dubai. The successful candidate will bring expertise in furniture consultancy, strong project management skills, and a passion for building operations in a startup environment.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main contact for furniture consultation services in Bangalore, working directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.Collaborate closely with the London and Dubai offices on cross-regional projects, ensuring consistent service quality.Conduct market research to stay updated on furniture design trends, materials, and suppliers within the region.Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and key stakeholders.Manage project timelines, from initial consultation through to final delivery, overseeing client expectations and project milestones.Coordinate logistics and installation needs with clients and other locations to ensure smooth project execution.Support budgeting and forecasting for projects, manage cost controls, and follow financial guidelines.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, Architecture, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in furniture consultancy, interior design, or project management, ideally within a corporate or consultancy setting.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-office collaboration.Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly to London, especially during the initial stages of the role.Knowledge of furniture design trends and suppliers in both local and international markets.Desired Skills:Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD or SketchUp, is a plus.Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of a startup environment, displaying flexibility and resourcefulness.Client-oriented approach with a high degree of problem-solving skills.Why Apply?This is a unique opportunity to join a reputable, globally recognized firm in establishing its footprint in India.
