WE ARE HIRING !!!!Job Title: Operation ExecutivePosition OverviewThe Operation Executive will play a role in building and maintaining partnerships with star hotels across country, ensure seamless coordination on banquet query, F&B & rate negotiations and execution of basic event set up. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a deep understanding of hospitality industry in terms of venue booking / negotiations and F&B.Key Responsibilities1. Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the organisation and hotels across India.2. Planning and Coordination: Work closely with both the hotel teams to manage logistics and basic requirements in terms of venue, F&B and billing.3. Proficiency in advance excel and mail communication, handling basic billing with required support from internal Finance & Accounts 4. Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate terms & conditions, and budgets with hotels.5. One Point contact: Act a liaison between Client SPOCs & the hotels.6. Reporting and Analysis: Maintain regular reports on updates and work scheduleQualifications1. Graduate, preferably from guest relation background 2. Experience in Travel & MICE agencies / hospitality industry3. Strong negotiation skills and a basic understanding on Hospitality / Event industry4.
